  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • A proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Items purchased on clearance or during a special sale

3. Return Process
