If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to help with a straightforward return and refund process. 1. Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the date you received your item(s). To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging, including any tags or labels.
- A proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable for reasons of hygiene and safety. These items include, but are not limited to:
- Personalized or custom-made rings
- Items that have been worn or altered
- Gift cards
3. How to Return an Item
To return an item, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
- We will provide you with a return shipping address and any additional instructions.
- Pack the item(s) securely and ship them back to us. Please note that you will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., a defective or incorrect item).
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original method of payment. Please note:
- Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- If your return is rejected (due to being used, altered, or missing components), we will contact you to discuss options.
5. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, style, or product, we encourage you to return the original item for a refund and place a new order. You can contact our customer service team for assistance in finding the perfect replacement.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@glimmeringjewel.com or call 646-764-8444. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label for you to send the item back, and we will either issue a refund or replace the item at no extra cost to you.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. If the refund is still not reflected, contact your credit card company or bank, as there may be processing delays.
